My name is Katerina , also known as Katerina La Rusa. I’m a professional dancer and folkloric dance teacher with more than 30 years of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve traveled to many countries, carrying the essence of Dominican culture and captivating audiences with my unique style.
With passion and dedication, I inspire people from different cultures to fall in love with bachata and the artistic richness of the Dominican Republic. Today, with Bachata Crew, I’m honored to share this passion with you and guide you on this journey.

My name is Cristian, I’m a Dominican dancer and instructor with more than 20 years of experience. I’m deeply passionate about the culture of my country, and I’ve dedicated my life to preserving and sharing the true essence of Dominican dance. Through bachata, I strive to pass on not only the technique, but also the history, roots, and emotions that make it a living art.
As the founder and director of Bachata Crew, I’ve built a movement to spread bachata and other Dominican rhythms worldwide. My mission is clear: to show the beauty of my culture and honor its roots in every step.
