Designed for bachata lovers and dancers of all levels, this tour blends workshops with renowned Dominican artists, cultural encounters, breathtaking nature, and nights of music under the stars. It’s more than just a trip — it’s a way to live bachata where it was born.

A unique blend of dance, culture & nature
Santiago – the city of monuments and the heartbeat of Dominican music. Welcome dinner, bachata & merengue workshops, and nights dancing in local bars.
Pedro García – deep in the mountains: river adventures, homemade Dominican food, and intimate workshops surrounded by nature.
Cabarete – percussion workshops, bachata & merengue musicality, water fun at Laguna Dudú, and evenings by the ocean.
Las Terrenas – catamaran to Cayo Levantado, beach parties, live concerts, and bachata workshops with Dominican maestros.

Travel Info – Saoco Dance Tour
Arrival: Saturday, April 11, 2026
Group shuttle departs around 4:00 PM (depending on all the arrivals) from Las Américas International Airport (SDQ – Santo Domingo) and heads directly to Santiago, where the tour begins.
We recommend booking a flight that arrives no later than 3:00 PM to ensure smooth transfer.
Arriving earlier?
You’re welcome to fly in the day before and stay in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo. We can recommend trusted hotels and arrange your transport to meet the group on April 11 (transport at your expenses).
Departure: Tuesday, April 21, 2026
Please book your return flight no earlier than 1:00 PM from Las Américas International Airport (SDQ). This gives time to enjoy breakfast, check out, and travel comfortably with the group shuttle.
