Group Tours – Colombia & Dominican Republic

1. Presentation of the Tours

The tours offered are organized group trips taking place in Colombia and the Dominican Republic.

Depending on the selected package, the tours may include:

• Accommodation

• Meals (partially or fully)

• Local transportation during the tour

• Scheduled activities as outlined in the program

The exact dates, duration, itinerary, and inclusions are specified on each tour’s dedicated page.

Booking a tour implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Conditions

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the first payment, according to the selected payment option.

• The full balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks before the departure date.

• Any booking made after this deadline must be paid in full at the time of registration.

3. Participation Conditions

• Participants must be 18 years old or older.

• Each participant is responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa if required, insurance, etc.).

Any medical condition, allergy, or dietary restriction must be communicated prior to booking.

4. Contract Acceptance and Validity

Payment constitutes full acceptance of the contract and its terms and conditions, whether or not the contract has been formally signed.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made within 30 days from the date the registration confirmation is sent by email.

• Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, without compensation.

6. Cancellation by the Participant

Without the Flexible Cancellation Option

• No refund will be granted, regardless of the reason or timing of cancellation.

With the Flexible Cancellation Option (+€100, selected at booking)

• If only the first installment (€665) has been paid: no refund.

• If multiple installments or the full amount have been paid:

  • Cancellation more than 21 days before departure: refund of 70% of the total tour price.

  • Cancellation within 21 days before departure: refund of 40% of the total tour price.

Transfer or Resale of the Tour

If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer or resell their tour under the following conditions:

• The tour must be fully paid before any transfer or resale.

• The organizers and Skyline Adventures must be informed in advance.

• Any name change or administrative fees will be borne by the participant.

Voucher Policy

• Participants may request a voucher if they are unable to attend.

• Requests must be made by email.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Vouchers may be used for any future tour organized with Skyline Adventures.

• If used for a different artist’s tour, €150 will be deducted to cover organizational and administrative costs.

7. Cancellation by the Organizer

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or health restrictions), participants will be offered the possibility to reschedule their tour for a later date.

8. Insurance & Liability

• Insurance provided by Skyline Adventures is mandatory and included in the tour. This insurance covers incidents occurring in the host country and facilitates communication with the insurance provider.

• Participants are strongly advised to take out personal travel insurance, including flight cancellation coverage or tour cancellation.

• The organizer declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Free time outside the organized program is not supervised, and any incident during such time is the sole responsibility of the participant.

• Participation in activities is at the participant’s own risk.

9. Behavior & Exclusion

• Any form of racist, sexist, homophobic, violent, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

• Participants whose behavior disrupts the group or endangers others may be excluded from the tour without refund.

• Any costs related to early return will be entirely borne by the excluded participant.

10. Program Changes & Force Majeure

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the program in the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

• Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.

11. Acceptance of the Terms

Payment, Booking and participation in a tour imply full acceptance of these General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
